For Sale By Owner- I Can Help

Many ask me " Why do you want to help a For Sale By Owner?" I say " Why Not?"  Afterall, before I was a Realtor®, I tried to sell a friends home and I found the process involved, detailed but exciting!

I was not successful at selling the home by myself as I did not have the resources for the continual advertising and the " dropping what I was doing" in order to stay home and show the place finally got to me.

• 22% of sellers sold their home without the assistance of an agent
• 45% sold a detached single family home
• 9% said the hardest task in selling their home was the understanding and performing all of the necessary paperwork
• 33% said the most difficult task was preparing the home for sale.
• 4% stated the most difficult task was getting the price right.
